Good corporate governance entails efficient management of resources and provision of responsible leadership. Corporate governance controls monitor activities and then takes an action to accomplish organizational goals. The objectives of this study are to know whether there is the impact of corporate governance to business performance at CV Infinity Chemical Medan. This research uses the descriptive research design. The writer also conducts correlational research design. Population of this research is customer of CV Infinity Chemical Medan in 162 customers. and sample in this research is 115 customers with used the Slovin formula. Technique of data analysis is by using Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient Determination and Z test. The result of calculation of Z test, it can be known that the value of Zcount is higher than Ztable. Therefore hypothesis is accepted that there is an impact of corporate governance on business performance. From data analysis result, the regression equation is Y = 4.452 + 0.595 X. It shows that the corporate governance has positive impact on business performance. Based on determination test, it can be known that the coefficient of determination is 0.682. Based on correlation test, the coefficient of correlation is 0.826. It shows the strong and positive relationship. The conclusion in this study is corporate governance that has a significant impact on business performance in CV Infinity Chemical Medan.
