Abstract
The relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction has received considerable by many companies’ attention in these few years. Customer satisfaction is determinedby the level of the fulfillment of expectations by the product. Therefore, the overallproduct quality level is based on the degree to which expectations have been met.The objectives of the research are to find out how or PT Lautan Kejora Abadi could improve the product quality, to know the customer satisfaction level at PT Lautan Kejora Abadi, and to analyze whether product quality has impacts towards customer satisfaction at PT Lautan Kejora Abadi or not. The writer uses descriptive and correlative research method. After doing analysis to the data, the writer gets conclusions of the research which are 1) PT Lautan Kejora Abadi tried to improve their product quality by keep more attention in technique of production; 2) The customer satisfaction level at PT Lautan Kejora Abadi is low or not good; and 3) Product quality has an impact towards the customer satisfaction at PT Lautan Kejora Abadi. There is a strong positive correlation between product quality and customer satisfaction at PT Lautan Kejora Abadi. Product quality has an impact towards customer satisfaction at PT Lautan Kejora Abadi for 50.4% and the rest 49.6% is affected by other factors.
