Supply chain needs to be considered in any product and sales strategy to provide products and services to customer. Entrepreneurial supply chain creates connection among customers and suppliers based on innovative ideas. The objective of this study is to know the impacts of supply chain on business performance at PT Surya Mas Abadi Makmur. Supply chain management is the integration and management of information and logistics activities for delivering products and services in providing value to consumers. business performance is a total performance in implementing the operation. Business performance shows quality of output. The methods used by the writer in this research is descriptive method and correlational method. Data used in this research is primary data and secondary data. The tests used for this research are validity test with both variables are valid, reliability test with both variables have high reliability, normality test result is normally distributed, correlation test is in 0.797, determination test result is 63.5%, linear regression result is 0.647 and Z test results show in 9.22 that higher than Ztable in 1.96. Based on research result such as Z test, there is an impact of supply chain on business performance at PT Surya Mas Abadi Makmur. The relationship between supply chain and business performance variable is in strong positive relationship which can be known from the coefficient of correlation. The company needs to consider the supply chain because it has significant impact on business performance.
