The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of organization culture towards employees performance at PT Konsultama technology, Medan. Strong organizational culture supports corporate goals, whereas weak or negative ones constrain or conflict with corporate goals. In this case, the organizational culture affects the performance of employees in order to achieve whether or not the company’s goals. For this research, the writer will use census sampling as the method for research. There are 50 respondents will be given questionnaires, however before doing the survey, the writer will conduct preliminary interview on one of the employees in PT.Konsultama Technology, Medan. There are 9 data analysis test that will be used in this research, which are validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistic, normality test, linearity test, coefficient correlation test, determination test, simple linear regression t est and hypothesis testing. The result from counting the z test is 5,306 which is higher than the z table (1,96). It can be concluded that organizational culture has significant impact on employee’s performance at PT Konsultama technology, Medan. This research has been conducted to find if there is an influence of organizational culture towards employee’s performance at PT Konsultama Technology. The hypothesis test also showed that there is an influence between organizational culture towards employee’s performance.
