Abstract

This study aims to determine the positive effects of e-Trust and e-Satisfaction on Online Repurchase Intentions with e-Loyalty as the mediator. The growth of e- commerce in Indonesia has been rapidly increasing these past few years. Shopee, an e-commerce under Sea Group operating in various countries in Southeast Asia and Taiwan has entered the Indonesian market. However, even though Indonesia was mentioned to be Shopee’s largest contributor, Shopee falls behind Tokopedia, a local e-commerce, that ranked number one in terms of monthly web visits and GMV (Gross Merchandise Value). The actual research was conducted on 155 respondents by using online questionnaires and the sampling technique was non- probability purposive sampling. The subject of this research are the people who have shopped in Shopee using the mobile app, and have the intention to shop again in the future. The data are processed through validity, reliability, and statistical analysis and performed using SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that e-Satisfaction does have positive influences towards Online Repurchase Intentions but it is insignificant, however it becomes the strongest determinants towards Online Repurchase Intention when the effect is mediated by e-Loyalty.
