Abstract

Indonesia is known as Shopee International’s largest market within Asia. This phenomenon has become question on why Shopee Indonesia can achieve largest market among other asian country. Strategic orientation has become basic approach conducted by company to improve its organizational performance. Therefore, in this research the researcher intends to know the relation between market orientation, technology orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation as a strategic orientation to company’s organizational performance, whether they give a positive affect or not. By using Smart PLS, the researcher processed the data received from 206 respondents which are living in Indonesia and user of Shopee Indonesia. After processing and analyzing the data, pursuant to p value and research model value, it is known that company’s innovation is mostly affected by technology orientation in a positive manner and will create a positive organizational performance of a company. Otherwise, market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation are resulted not give a positive affect to organizational performance as it does not give a positive affect to innovation as mediating variable.
