Latar Belakang Dispepsia menempati urutan ke-5 pada daftar 10 penyakit terbanyak pada pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit di Indonesia. Sedangkan pada pasien rawat jalan didapatkan dispepsia menempati urutan ke-6 dari 10 penyakit terbanyak. Terdapat faktor- faktor yang berhubungan dengan penyakit ini seperti ketidakteraturan pola makan, stres, jenis kelamin, gangguan tidur, perilaku merokok, konsumsi minuman beralkohol, dan penggunaan obat anti inflamasi non steroid (OAINS). Tujuan Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan kejadian dari sindroma dispepsia uninvesigated pada mahasiswa preklinik Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi potong lintang. Sampel penelitian ditargetkan sebanyak 146 subjek dari mahasiswa preklinik Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan yang diambil secara convenience sampling. Pengambilan data akan dilaksanakan dari November 2019 – Februari 2020 dan akan diolah menggunakan program analisis data SPSS 23.0. Hasil Dari 147 responden penelitian, menggunakan Uji statistik Chi-Square didapatkan 5 dari 7 variabel memiliki nilai p <0,250. Dengan uji regresi logistik didapatkan 3 variabel yang berhubungan secara independen terhadap uninvestigated dyspepsia yaitu ketidakteraturan pola makan, kualitas tidur, dan stres. Masing-masing dengan nilai p 0,002, 0,020, dan <0,001 dan nilai OR 3,680, 2,644, dan 7,356. Kesimpulan Terdapat hubungan yang positif signifikan antara 5 variabel terhadap uninvestigated dyspepsia dengan variabel yang paling dominan adalah stres pada mahasiswa preklinik Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan. / Background Dyspepsia ranks 5th on the list of 10 most inpatients diseases in hospitals in Indonesia. While in outpatient, dyspepsia ranks 6th on the 10 most diseases in outpatient department in Indonesia. There are factors associated with dyspepsia such as irregular eating patterns, stress, sex, sleep disorders, smoking habits, consumption of alcoholic beverage, and the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs ( NSAIDs ). Aim To find out what factors are associated with the events of uninvestigated dyspepsia in preclinical students at the Faculty of Medicine ,Pelita Harapan University. Method This research is using cross sectional as study design. The samples are targeted on 146 subjects from the preclinical students at the Faculty of Medicine, Pelita Harapan University by convenience sampling. Data retrieval will be carried out from November 2019 – February 2020 and will be processed using SPSS 23.0 data analysis program. Result From 147 respondents, using the Chi-Square statistical test shows 5 out of 7 variables have a p value <0.250. With the logistic regression test found 3 variables that are independently related to uninvestigated dyspepsia namely eating disorder, sleep disturbance, and stress. Each with p values 0.002, 0.020, and <0.001 and OR score of 3,680, 2,644 and 7,356. Conclusion There is a significant positive relationship between 5 variables with uninvestigated dyspepsia with the most dominant variable is stress in preclinical students at the Faculty of Medicine, Pelita Harapan University.
