Haid atau menstruasi adalah proses fisiologis normal yang dialami seorang perempuan. Haid yang berulang setiap bulan akan membentuk siklus haid. Siklus ini berperan dalam fertilitas dan kesehatan reproduksi perempuan. Salah satu faktor yang sering berperan dalam keteraturan dan aliran siklus haid perempuan antara lain adalah status gizi. Indeks Massa Tubuh merupakan salah satu cara praktis dan mudah untuk memperoleh status gizi seseorang. World Health Organization (WHO) menyebutkan bahwa indeks massa tubuh yang berada diatas ataupun di bawah batas normal dihubungkan dengan siklus haid yang tidak teratur. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi observasional potong lintang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 200 subjek yang merupakan perempuan berusia 20-35 tahun yang berdomisili di Tangerang Selatan menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Pengambilan data akan dilakukan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner dan pengukuran berat dan tinggi badan. Hasil penelitian diolah dengan analisis Uji Chi Square tidak berpasangan dan Uji Spearman menggunakan program IBM SPSS versi 26. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan kelompok usia terbanyak adalah kelompok usia 20 tahun (11.5%), kelompok indeks massa tubuh terbanyak adalah kelompok indeks massa tubuh normal (49.5%), dan kelompok pola siklus haid regular (54.5%) merupakan kelompok terbanyak. Hasil Analisis menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan pola siklus haid yang dialami oleh wanita dengan IMT normal, lebih, dan kurang. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan hubungan yang bermakna antara indeks massa tubuh dengan pola siklus haid pada wanita usia reproduktif di Tangerang Selatan (p = 0.000). / Menstruation is a normal physiological process experienced by a woman. Menstruation that repeats every month will form a menstrual cycle. This cycle plays a role in women’s fertility and reproductive health. One factor that often plays a role in the regularity and flow of women’s menstrual cycles is nutritional status. Body Mass Index (BMI) is a practical and easy way to obtain a person/s nutritional status. World Health Organization (WHO) states that BMI that is above or below normal limits is associated with irregular menstrual cycles. This study used a cross-sectional observational study. The research sample consisted of 200 subjects who are women aged 20-35 years who live in South Tangerang using consecutive sampling techniques. Data will be collected by filling out the questionnaire and measuring weight and height. The results of the study will be processed with analysis of Chi Square Test unpaired and Spearman Test using the IBM SPSS version 26 program. From the results of the study, it was found that the most age group was the age group of 20 years old (11.5%), the most body mass index group was the normal body mass index group (49.5%), and the regular menstrual cycle pattern group (54.5%) constituted the most group. The results of the analysis showed that there were differences in menstrual cycle patterns experienced by women with normal, more, and less BMI. Bivariate analysis results found a significant relationship between body mass index with menstrual cycle patterns in women of reproductive age in South Tangerang (p = 0,000).
