Abstract

Sejak awal manusia pertama diciptakan, mereka tidak menaati perintah Allah. Salah satu masalah yang terjadi dalam praktik pendidikan yaitu sikap tidak disiplin, di mana siswa tidak menaati peraturan yang ada. Penerapan peraturan dan prosedur merupakan salah satu cara yang diterapkan dalam mendisiplinkan siswa. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penerapan peraturan dan prosedur untuk membangun sikap disiplin siswa kelas X dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh melalui metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Landasan filosofi guru Kristen juga diperlukan dalam membangun komunitas yang bertumbuh semakin serupa dengan-Nya, terutama dalam mendisiplinkan siswa dengan kasih. Hasil dan kesimpulan dari penulisan paper ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan peraturan dan prosedur untuk membangun sikap disiplin siswa kelas X SMA pada pembelajaran jarak jauh memerlukan waktu yang panjang dan konsisten dalam menerapkannya. Peran guru Kristen yang menjadi teladan dalam membimbing siswa diperlukan untuk menerapkan peraturan dan prosedur untuk membangun sikap disiplin. Saran yang dapat diberikan sesuai dengan hasil penulisan paper ini yaitu guru harus lebih tegas dalam membimbing dan memberikan konsekuensi kepada siswa yang melanggar peraturan dan prosedur agar siswa menyadari kesalahannya dan menyesuaikan peraturan dan prosedur yang dibuat dengan situasi dan kondisi yang terjadi./From the very beginning humans were created, they disobeyed God's commands. One of the problems that happen in educational practice is an undisciplined attitude, in which students do not obey existing regulations. The application of rules and procedures is one of the methods applied in disciplining students. This writing aims to describe the application of rules and procedures to build disciplinary attitudes of grade ten high school students in distance learning through descriptive qualitative research methods. The foundation of the Christian teacher's philosophy is also needed in building a community that grows more and more like Him, especially in disciplining students with love. The results and conclusions from the writing of this paper indicate that the application of rules and procedures to build disciplinary attitudes of grade ten high school students in distance learning requires a long and consistent implementation of it. The role of Christian teachers as role models in guiding students is needed to apply rules and procedures to build disciplinary attitudes. Suggestions that can be given are in accordance with the results of writing this paper, namely the teacher must be more assertive in guiding and giving consequences to students who disobey the rules and procedures so that students are aware of their mistakes and adjust the rules and procedures based on the situations and conditions that occur.
