Inheritance is everything left by a person who has passed away, everything that is owned while still alive will be inherited to the heirs that have been determined according to the Act. Heirs have the right to receive part of the inheritance proportionately in accordance with the calculation of the Legislation. If there are problems in the distribution of inheritance, then it can be resolved by consensus or family consultation. It would be better if the resolution of the problem was written and made before a Notary. In addition, it can also be resolved in a court that has been confirmed by a judge named a van dading act. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the portion of the part of the heirs that should be obtained by each heir because there is no good faith from one of the heirs, which is to control all the inheritance.
