Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif Perceived Parental Reward, Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy, yang dimoderasi Family Business Involvement terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis penelitian kuantitatif. Sebanyak 200 kuesioner yang valid dikumpulkan untuk menguji model penelitian ini. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi keandalan dan validitas model pengukuran dan model struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara Perceived Parental Reward, Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy, yang dimoderasi oleh Family Business Involvement terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention. Studi ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang Entrepreneurial Intention dengan meneliti dampak Perceived Parental Reward, dan Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy yang dimoderasi oleh Business Family Involvement. Penelitian ini secara signifikan berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan Entrepreneurial Intention. / This study aims to determine the positive effect of Perceived Parental Reward, Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy, which is moderated by Family Business Involvement on Entrepreneurial Intention. This research uses quantitative research analysis. A total of 200 valid questionnaires were collected to test this research model. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is conducted to evaluate the reliability and validity of measurement models and structural models. The results showed that there was a positive influence between Perceived Parental Reward, Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy, which was moderated by Family Business Involvement on Entrepreneurial Intention. This study provides new insights on Entrepreneurial Intention by examining the impact of Perceived Parental Reward, and Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy moderated by Business Family Involvement. This research significantly contributes to increasing Entrepreneurial Intention.
