Abstract
Kunci utama keefektifan pembelajaran daring bergantung pada guru yang mampu menciptakan kenyamanan dalam pembelajaran dan menuntun siswa untuk memiliki karakter yang benar sesuai prinsip Alkitab. Strategi pembelajaran daring harus dilakukan secara kreatif dan tepat sasaran agar siswa mendapatkan makna pembelajaran tersebut. Penulis menemukan masalah kedisiplinan terkait pelanggaran aturan kelas yang menjadi kebiasaan siswa selama pembelajaran daring. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penulis mengkaji tulisan ini untuk memaparkan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh guru dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa melalui pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis buku dan jurnal, dan program pengalaman lapangan (PPL 2). Allah mempercayakan kepada guru Kristen untuk melakukan tugasnya yaitu membentuk karakter Kristus yang ada di dalam setiap murid. Kompetensi guru yang dimiliki sebaiknya dapat menolong siswa mencapai karakter dalam keserupaan dengan Kristus. Dengan demikian, penulis menyimpulkan beberapa cara yang guru butuhkan dalam pembelajaran daring yaitu pembelajaran yang inovatif, keteladanan guru dalam proses pembelajaran, kerjasama dengan pihak orang tua siswa, dan penguasaan materi. Saran yang dapat diberikan oleh penulis pada situasi pembelajaran daring yaitu guru harus lebih sensitif dan memiliki keinginan untuk terus mengembangkan diri serta memahami kebutuhan dalam konteks pembelajaran daring. / Main effectiveness key of online learning based on the teacher, she/he had to create an enjoyable learning and guide students to have a good character there. Online learning’s strategy must be held in creativity and exactly to the point as students get essential insight here. The writer found discipline problems that may cause students not following class’ rules and make them have a bad habit through online learning classes. Therefore, this paper was made in purpose to explain the competencies that teachers should have as an ability to increase students’ discipline through the online learning period. Reasearch method here based on qualitative descriptive, books, journals, and second practicum program’s experiences. Every teacher was called by God to do their job in charge of developing Christ likeness characters for every student. Teacher’s competencies should help students reach God's standard disciplines - in Christ. In conclusion, innovative learning, teacher’s good model for students through the learning process, a good collaboration between teacher and parents, and wholehandedly material’s content must be the way to reach competencies here. At the end, online learning situations ask teachers to involve in sensitivity, desiring to self-development, and knowing self needs through online learning context.
