Abstract

Pola pembelajaran merupakan salah satu hal yang mempengaruhi adanya keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Pola pembelajaran yang pasif akan mendorong terhadap keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran yang berujung pada penyimpangan perilaku ketika di terapkan pola pembelajaran. Dengan demikian diperlukan pendekatan pribadi guru kepada siswa untuk membawa dan membangun interaksi siswa di dalam pembelajaran dengan budaya yang baru. Paper ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menggambarkan penerapan pendekatan pribadi dalam membangun interaksi siswa di dalam kelas pada pembelajaran ekonomi kelas XI SMA swasta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran harus mempraktikan kebenaran Allah melalui hukum kasih sehingga apa yang dilakukan sesuai dengan kehendak Allah. Masalah keterlibatan diselesaikan dengan tuntas walaupun belum terlihat perubahan yang signifikan karena keterbatasan waktu dan jadwal mengajar. Kesimpulanya, membangun keterlibatan siswa itu bukan sesuatu yang mudah, perlu kesadaran akan kasih dari siswa dalam berperilaku. Guru juga harus mempraktekan kasih dalam membangun keterlibatan melalui pendekatan pribadi, seperti yang Alkitab katakan bahwa sebagai manusia harus menegor dibawah empat mata. Saranya, setiap guru, orangtua, dan siswa itu sendiri bekerja sama untuk membangun interaksi dalam pembelajaran./Learning patterns is one of the things that affect the engagement of students in learning. A passive learning patterns will encourage student engagement in learning what leads to behavioral deviations when a better learning patterns is applied. Thus a personal approach from teachers to students is needed to bring and build student interactions in learning with a new learning patterns. This paper has the aim of describing the application of a personal approach in building student interaction in class in class XI private high school economics learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The involvement of students in learning must practice God's truth through the law of love so that what is done is according to God's will. The problem of engagement has been resolve thoroughly although there has not been any significant change due to time constraints and teaching schedules. The conclusion, building student engagement is not something easy, it needs awareness of the love of students in behavior. Teachers must also practice love in building engagement through a personal approach, as the Bible says that as a human being must rebuke under four eyes. That means that each teacher, parent, and student works together to build interactions in learning.
