Abstract
Penulis melaksanakan magang di PT. Info Cahaya Hero yang bergerak di bidang digitalisasi. Penulis membahas mengenai aktifitas Digital One dalam mempromosikan portal marketing.co.id melalui penggunaan promotional mix guna membangun awareness potensial visitor. Penulis melihat dengan di gunakannya promotional mix membawa dampak yang cukup besar bagi portal marketing.co.id. Promotional mix yang digunakan antara lain advertising, direct marketing, personal selling, sales promotion dan interactive/internet marketing. Melalui penggunaan promotional mix, Digital One mempunyai konsep yang menarik para minat visitor dan klien untuk bergabung pada event, seminar serta menjadi member pada portal marketing.co.id. Dalam mempromosikan portal marketing.co.id, peran Account Excutive dalam Digital One sangatlah signifikan. Peran Account Executive adalah sebagai penghubung antara perusahaan dan klien sehingga ekspetasi dari kedua belah pihak dapat tercapai Dari hasil yang disimpulkan, tingkat brand awareness visitor berdasarkan ranking Alexa.com portal marketing.co.id mengalami penurunan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya update konten, berkurangnya jumlah repeat user dan promosi pada situs lain. Penulis menyarankan Digital One agar menggunakan public relations dan publicity pada penerapan promotional mix, lebih aktif dalam meng-update konten artikel. Selain itu, mengajak para visitor untuk aktif dalam forum agar membentuk komunitas. / The author interned in PT. Info Cahaya Hero, focus in digitalization. The author will discuss Digital One activities in promoting marketing.co.id portal through promotional mix to develop awareness of potential visitors. The author sees the use of promotional mix has a significant impact marketing.co.id portal. Promotional mix that being used are advertising, direct marketing, personal selling, sales promotion dan interactive/internet marketing. Through the usage of promotional mix Digital One has also created an interesting concept to attract visitors and clients to join events, seminars and a member of the marketing.co.id portal. In promoting the marketing.co.id portal, the role of the Account Executive in Digital One is very significant, which is to connect the company with clients to create expectation from both sides. From the results, the level of visitors’ brand awareness of marketing.co.id portal is decreasing . This is due to lack of content updates, decreasing numbers of repeat users and lack of promotion on other website. The author suggests Digital One to use one of the promotional mix as public relations and publicity, actively updating content articles. In addition, Digital One should invite visitors to be more active in forum to form a community
