Abstract

Latar Belakang : Hipertensi yang terjadi pada orang dengan usia muda akibat rendahnya kesadaran akan gaya hidup sehat di Indonesia merupakan masalahyang cukup besar dikarenakan kasus ini semakin hari semakin meningkat. Pengetahuan merupakan dasar dari pembentukkan gaya hidup, sehingga pengetahuan dapat mempengaruhi gaya hidup Tujuan : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang hipertensi dengan gaya hidup pemicu hipertensi pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran UPH 2019 Hipotesis : Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang hipertensi dengan gaya hidup pemicu hipertensi pada mahasiswa fakultas kedokteran UPH angkatan 2019 Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan desain studi Cross Sectional. Sampel akan didapatkan dari hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada semua mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran 2019 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Kemudian data yang didapatkan akan diolah dengan analisis Chi - square dan Regresi linier multivariat menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 22.0 Kata kunci: Pengetahuan tentang hipertensi, Gaya hidup sehat, Gaya hidup pemicu hipertensi / Background : Hypertension that occurs in people at a young age due to low awareness of a healthy lifestyle in Indonesia is a significant problem because this case is increasing over time. Knowledge is the basis of the formation of lifestyles, so knowledge can affect lifestyles Aim : To find out the relationship between knowledge about hypertension with hypertension triggering lifestyle in UPH’s faculty of medicine student batch 2019 Hypothesis : There’s an association between knowledge about hypertention with hypertension triggering lifestyle Method : This research is a Cross sectional study. Samples will be obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed to all 2019 Faculty of Medicine students who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Then the data obtained will be processed by Chi-square analysis using IBM SPSS 22.0 version program Keywords : Knowledge about hypertension, Healthy lifestyle, Hypertension triggering lifestyle
