Abstract

Sebuah kelompok musik atau yang sering disebut dengan band tentunya juga merupakan sebuah kelompok yang terdapat dalam masyarakat yang tentunya memerlukan interaksi dengan lingkungannya, terutama dengan stakeholdersnya yang bisa dibilang berperan besar dalam kelangsungan band itu sendiri. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana sebuah band berinteraksi dan berhubungan dengan stakeholdersnya, maka diperlukan sebuah penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan juga teknik kepustakaan. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependability, konformabilitas, dan kredibilitas. Coding dilakukan pada hasil dari wawancara dengan key informant dan informant, kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka yang berkaitan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dideskripsikan dengan menyeluruh bagaimana pola hubungan dari kelompok musik Pee Wee Gaskins dengan para stakeholdersnya dan bagaimana hubungan tersebut bisa mempertahankan kelangsungan band Pee wee Gaskins di blantika musik Indonesia. / A music group or often called a band, is also certainly a group that exists in a society that must need to interact with its environment, particularly with its stakeholders that hold an important role on its existence. To thoroughly understand about how a band interacts with its stakeholders, therefore we need to do a research. Data gathering is done by in depth interview, observation, and library research. Data are processed using several analyses such as credibility, transferability, dependability, conformability, and credibility analysis. Coding is done on the in depth interview result with key informant and informant and then analyzed. From the research result, it can describe thoroughly about how is the relationship between Pee Wee Gaskins band and its stakeholders and how that relationship holds an important role in the existence of the band.
