Abstract

Dispepsia adalah suatu sindrom atau kumpulan gejala yang muncul pada saluran pencernaan bagian atas, dimana dispepsia menjadi 40% dari total diagnosis yang diberikan oleh ahli gastroenterologi. Berdasarkan studi populasi, setiap tahunnya penderita dispepsia dengan keluhan berlangsung selama berhari-hari mencapai 25%. Di Indonesia, dispepsia berada pada urutan 6 dari 10 besar penyakit dengan pasien di rawat inap di rumah sakit. Dengan adanya prevalensi dispepsia yang tinggi, seringkali membuat aktivitas terganggu bahkan waktu bekerja dan produktivitas jadi berkurang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi analitik komparatif kategorik tidak berpasangan secara potong lintang. Sampel penelitian total berjumlah 160 mahasiswa pre klinik Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan. Pemilihan subjek dengan convenience sampling. Pengambilan data berlangsung selama bulan Maret 2020. Hasil data diolah dengan uji statistik SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 160 mahasiswa yang terpilih menjadi sampel, terdiri dari 71 (44,4%) laki-laki dan 89 (55,6%) perempuan. 98 (61,3%) subjek memiliki skor PADYQ < 6, sedangkan 62 (38,7%) subjek memiliki skor PADYQ ≥ 6. Kualitas hidup aspek kesehatan fisik dan psikologis secara signifikan berbeda pada kelompok subjek tanpa gejala dispepsia dibandingkan dengan kelompok subjek dengan gejala dispepsia. Terdapat perbedaan kualitas hidup pada aspek kesehatan fisik dan psikologis pada subjek dengan gejala dispepsia dibandingkan subjek tanpa gejala dispepsia (p < 0,05) / Dyspepsia is a syndrome or a collection of symptoms that appear in the upper digestive tract, where dyspepsia makes up to 40% of the total diagnosis given by gastroenterologists. Based on population studies, every year dyspepsia patients with chief complaints last for days reaching 25%. In Indonesia, dyspepsia ranks 6th out of the top 10 diseases with hospitalized patients. With the high prevalence of dyspepsia, it often makes the activity disrupted even working time and productivity is reduced. This type of research is a comparative analytical study of categorically not paired in cross sectional. Total research samples amounted to 160 high students from Faculty of Medicine Pelita Harapan University. Selection of subjects with convenience sampling. Data were retrieved in March 2020. Results of data processed with statistical test SPSS 25. The results showed that 160 students were selected as samples, consisting of 71 (44,4%) men and 89 (55,6%) women. 98 (61,3%) subjects had a PADYQ score < 6, while 62 (38,7%) subjects had a PADYQ score ≥ 6. Quality of life in physical and psychological health’s field was significantly different in the group of subjects without dyspepsia and with dyspepsia. There is differencces in quality of life in physical and psychological health’s field in subjects with dyspepsia compared subjects without dyspepsia (p < 0,05).
