Abstract
Pelanggan merupakan komponen penting dalam sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produk/jasa, karena pelanggan merupakan salah satu alat ukur bagi perkembangan sebuah perusahaan. Dalam sebuah pendekatan pemasaran produk memang tidak dapat lepas dari sisi pelanggan. salah satu cara untuk mengenalkan produk dan jasa tersebut adalah melalui iklan dan wom. Public relations membawa pesan-pesan kehumasan yang muncul di media yang dianggap lebih kredibel ketimbang iklan. PT Universal Respati Turbine Engineering juga mengandalkan jasa seorang Public Relations dalam pemasaran brand dari perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, dalam Laporan Magang ini, Penulis akan membahas mengenai peranan public relations sebagai salah satu marketing communication tools yang digunakan PT URTE dalam meningkatkan brand awareness. Namun, pesan-pesan Kehumasan yang disampaikan oleh seorang PR yang muncul di media lebih kredibel dibandingkan dengan iklan itu sendiri. Karena itu PT URTE menggunakan jasa seorang PR dalam memasarkan merek produk mereka. Oleh karena itu pada karya ilmiah yang penulis lakukan sebagai bagian dari magang didapatkan bahwa PT URTE telah melakukan fungsi PR dengan baik dalam melakukan presentasi di acara “Regular Meeting # 8 PHE-FEO”, penggunaan website merupakan cara yang efektif, dan ketidaktahuan PT VICO menjadi tolak ukur sejauh mana kesadaran merek yang dimiliki oleh klien / Customers are essential components in a company that moves in the
fields of product / Customers are essential components in a company that moves in the fields of product / services, because the customer is one measuring instrument for development a company. In a approach its marketing it can not be separated from side customers. One way to introduce products and services was through advertising and wom. Public relations carry messages information appearing in media considered more credible than advertising. PT Universal Respati Turbine Engineering also rely on merit a public relations in marketing brand of the company. Hence, in the report apprentice this writer will talk about the role of public relations as one marketing communication tools used PT URTE in improving brand awareness. However, public messages transmitted by a PR that appears in the media more credible compared with advertising itself. Therefore PT URTE using a PR in market brand their products. Hence in scientific work who writers do as part of an apprentice got that PT URTE has done homework function well in conducted a presentation in a show ”regular meeting # 8 phe‐feo”, use website was an effective way, and ignorance PT VICO be yardstick extent to which consciousness brand owned by clients
