Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi di masa kini menyediakan berbagai pilihan bagi masyarakat untuk berkomunikasi. Selain itu, teknologi informasi dan smartphone yang berkembang pesat memungkinkan penggunanya untuk berhubungan langsung dengan orang lain tanpa batasan ruang dan waktu. Salah satu produk Internet yang sedang banyak diminati adalah sosial media. Dalam sosial media, banyak perusahaan yang menggunakan sosial media sebagai bentuk pemasaran agar dapat menjangkau pelanggan dan klien, Salah satu sosial media yang sering digunakan adalah Instagram. Untuk penelitian ini, dipilihlah akun Instagram Laidback Blues Record Store. Dalam meningkatkan kepuasan followers akun instagram Laidback Blues Record Store, maka diperlukan penelitian mengenai kegiatan promosi produk yang dilakukan melalui instagram kepada para followers akun Laidback Blues Record Store dengan menggunakan konsep AIDA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survei. Langkah selanjutnya menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang dipilih adalah purposive sampling, dimana sampel berasal dari kategori tertentu yang harus merupakan followers dari akun Instagram Laidback Blues Record Store. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada minimal 120 orang responden. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa respon followers adalah positif dilihat dari masing-masing dimensi kognitif, afektif, dan konatif./ Nowadays, technology provides many options for people to communicate, not to mention the ever-growing information technology and smartphone are able to help the users to directly communicate with others regardless space and time. One of those information technologies is social network. Many companies use social network as marketing form to reach their customers and clients. Instagram is one of the many examples of famous social network. For this research, Laidback Blues Record Instagram account is chosen as the basis. To improve Laidback Blues Record followers’ satisfaction, a research about promotion activity from the mentioned Instagram account by using AIDA concept is mandatory. This research uses quantitative method by filling up survey. The next step uses quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique uses purposing sampling, in which the special category applies –must be the account’s followers. The data collection applies by handing questioner out to at least 120 respondents. The research result shows that the followers’ responds, looking from cognitive, affective, conative dimension is positives.
