Abstract

PT Stilomo yang merupakan perusahaan baru yang berdiri pada akhir tahun 2012 merupakan digital agency yang menawarkan jasa pembuatan website dan social media management. Selama pelaksanaan magang, Penulis di tempatkan di departmen E-Marketer dan terlibat langsung dalam menangani klien Planet Noodle. Planet Noodle melakukan kegiatan IMC dibantu PT Stilomo untuk meningkatkan brand awareness. PT Stilomo menggunakan social media (facebook, twitter, instagram) sebagai promotion tools dalam building awareness dengan menggunakan aspek sales promotion sebagai pendukung penjualan. Penulis menyimpulkan, pembuatan Social Media Management Planet Noodle bertujuan untuk meningkatkan awareness, meningkatkan sales, dan memperlebar market share. Hal ini dikarenakan Planet Noodle sebagai penyedia Asian Food ingin menyasar masyarakat luas terutama para anak muda pengguna smartphone melalui social media. Saran Penulis yaitu, menggunakan promotion tools lain agar membantu & memberi dampak positif yang besar dalam mencapai objektif perusahaan / PT Stilomo which is a new company that stands at the end of the year 2012 is a digital agency that offers services of website creation and social media management. During the execution of the internship, Author placed in Department of E-marketers and engage directly in handling client Planet Noodle. Planet noodle performs the IMC activities assisted by PT Stilomo to increase the brand awareness. PT Stilomo using social media (facebook, twitter, instagram) as promotion tools in building the awareness which is supported by the aspect of sales promotion to increase the sales of Planet Noodle. Author conclude, the manufacture of social media management planet noodle aimed at increase awareness & sales, and widen the market share. It was cause that the Planet Noodle as a provider of Asian Food want to target the public at large especially the young users smartphone through social media. Author advice to use other promotion tools to support and to give more positive impact in achieving the objectives of the company.
