Abstract

Appropriate with the situation in this time, Indonesia has tried to out from crisis of monetary and has done the construction of the building. To make the building in the construction have to involve many party. In the building's project, the party must be work in good condition and have the good construction and the building will be strong suitable with the program. And then, the party must be involve one another with the writing agreement. The government and part of council must be understand with the good important connected in the party, until the government have make out the law of UU No. 18/ 1999 and PP No. 29/ 2000 and they hope the construction of the building will be have a success
