Abstract

Di era digital ini semua orang menggunakan media baru untuk berkomunikasi, salah satunya adalah media sosial. Media sosial digunakan untuk berinteraksi dengan orang lain, menyebarkan atau mencari informasi terkini mengenai hal apapun. Saat ini media sosial tidak hanya digunakan untuk keperluan pribadi saja, namun juga digunakan untuk keperluan perusahaan atau organisasi. Sebagai perusahaan start-up yang berhubungan erat dengan dunia digital, PT Inovasi Media Husada atau Perawatku.id turut memanfaatkan media sosial untuk keperluan perusahaan seperti branding, marketing, interaksi dan viral, yaitu lewat Instagram Perawatku.id. Dalam mengelola Instagram Perawatku.id, ada kebutuhan akan content writer untuk membuat konten. Content writer memikirkan dan mengumpulkan berbagai ide dan konsep untuk dijadikan konten yang sesuai dengan identitas dan keperluan perusahaan maupun organisasi. Content writer dibutuhkan untuk menjadi penghubung komunikasi antara perusahaan dengan publiknya agar menghasilkan feedback yang maksimal. Pemagang sebagai content writer pada Perawatku.id sudah mengerjakan pekerjaannya dengan cukup baik dalam membuat berbagai konten yang diperlukan untuk kepentingan perusahaan, khususnya untuk mengedukasi mengenai dunia kesehatan, interaksi dan promosi pada Instagram Perawatku.id. / In this digital era, everyone uses new media to communicate, one of which is social media. Social media is used to interact with other people, disseminate or find the latest information about any matter. Currently, social media is not only used for personal purposes, but also for corporate or organizational purposes. As a start-up company that is closely related to the digital world, PT Inovasi Media Husada or Perawatku.id also takes advantage of social media for corporate needs such as branding, marketing, interaction and virality, namely through Instagram Perawatku.id. In managing Instagram of Perawatku.id, there is a need for content writer to create content. Content writer thinks about and collects various ideas and concepts to be used as content that is in accordance with the identity and needs of the company and organization. A content writer is needed to become a communication liaison between the company and the public in order to produce maximum feedback. The apperentice as content writer at Perawatku.id have done their job quite well in making various contents needed for the benefit of the company, especially to educate about the world of health, interactions and promotions on Instagram Perawatku.id.
