Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap, norma subjektif, emosi positif yang diantisipasi, emosi negatif yang diantisipasi, keinginan berwirausaha, frekuensi perilaku masa lalu, persepsi atas kontrol perilaku terhadap intensi berwirausaha, dengan menerapkan model of goal directed behavior. Penelitian ini memiliki delapan variabel dengan sembilan hipotesis, dengan mahasiswa/i universitas di provinsi DKI Jakarta, Banten, Jawa Barat terutama Kota Bandung sebagai sampel penelitian. Mahasiswa/I merupakan generasi milenial yang merupakan mayoritas penduduk Indonesia dan sebagian besar telah memasuki usia produktif untuk bekerja. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan teknik non-probability sampling jenis convenience sampling, kuesioner disebarkan dengan google form. Dari 370 data yang terkumpul, hanya 365 data dapat digunakan. Setelah data yang terkumpul melewati uji validitas dan reliabilitas, peneliti melakukan uji hipotesis dengan SEM: PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara sikap, norma subjektif, emosi negatif yang diantisipasi, persepsi atas kontrol perilaku terhadap keinginan berwirausaha. Penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya hubungan positif antara keinginan berwirausaha, frekuensi perilaku masa lalu, dan persepsi atas kontrol perilaku terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Namun, penelitian ini tidak menemukan hubungan signifikan antara hubungan positif antara emosi positif yang diantisipasi dan frekuensi perilaku masa lalu terhadap keinginan berwirausaha. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa keinginan berwirausaha memediasi hubungan antara sikap, norma subjektif, emosi negatif yang diantisipasi, dan persepsi atas kontrol perilaku terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Akan tetapi, keinginan berwirausaha tidak memediasi hubungan antara emosi positif yang diantisipasi dan frekuensi perilaku masa lalu terhadap keinginan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoritis terhadap teori model of goal directed behavior, serta kontribusi manajerial terhadap pemerintahan dan institusi pendidikan. / This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between attitudes, subjective norms, anticipated positive emotions, anticipated negative emotions, entrepreneurial desires, past behavior frequency, perceptions of behavioral control on entrepreneurial intentions, by applying the model of goal directed behavior. This study has eight variables with nine hypotheses, with university students in the province of DKI Jakarta, Banten, West Java, especially Bandung City as the research sample. University students are the millennial generation who are the majority of Indonesia's population and most have entered their productive age for work. The researcher collected data using non-probability sampling technique, convenience sampling type, the questionnaire was distributed using google form. Of the 370 data collected, only 365 data can be used. After the data collected passed the validity and reliability tests, the researchers tested the hypothesis using SEM: PLS-SEM. The results showed a positive relationship between attitudes, subjective norms, anticipated negative emotions, perceptions of behavioral control and entrepreneurial desire. This study also found a positive relationship between entrepreneurial desire, frequency of past behavior, and perceptions of behavioral control towards entrepreneurial intentions. However, this study did not find a significant relationship between the positive relationship between anticipated positive emotions and the frequency of past behavior on entrepreneurial desire. This study also found that entrepreneurial desire mediates the relationship between attitudes, subjective norms, anticipated negative emotions, and perceptions of behavioral control on entrepreneurial intentions. However, desire for entrepreneurship does not mediate the relationship between anticipated positive emotions and the frequency of past behavior towards desire. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the theory of the model of goal directed behavior, as well as managerial contributions to government and educational institutions.
