Abstract
was ruled by the jurisprudence and the controlling is being done sporadically as ruled as in the act number 16,1985 about the apartment house and also the act number 4, 1992 about the residential area. The existance of the act of fiducia guarantee concern to the condition where there is no fixed regulation of the previous acts. Because of that, lots of problem comes up in the practical of fiducia. When the execution occurs, it is really hard to act upon the collateral, because of there's no equality form in the agreement of collateral assignment. Since the act of fiducia guarantee stands, most of the problems have been solved . Especially at PT Bank Lippo, Tbk, that three regulations stated above give the major effects in the credit regulation. The writer would like to discuss about the concern of fiducia guarantee at PT Bank Lippo, Tbk regarding to loan purpose, where many supporting decision comes from the management of PT Bank Lippo, Tbk to make sure the implementation of the Act of Fiducia Guarantee can be done well and also to maintain the low risk to PT Bank Lippo, Tbk from any kind of problems that would be appeared in the future
