Dalam upaya Teman Ahok mengumpulkan satu juta fotokopi KTP, Teman Ahok membuat Portal Teman Ahok yang difasilitasi kemampuan untuk mendownload formulir untuk pengumpulan KTP. Portal Teman Ahok memiliki strategi untuk menarik perhatian khalayaknya sehingga terdorong untuk men-download formulir dan mengumpulkan fotokopi KTP. Untuk itulah, diperlukan penelitian untuk mengetahui apa dan bagaimana strategi komunikasi Teman Ahok Dalam Rangka Pengumpulan KTP Bagi Pencalonan Petahana Gubernur Basuki Tjahaja Purnama Melalui Jalur Perseorangan Pada Portal Teman Ahok serta mengapa strategi tersebut diterapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan data primer, yaitu wawancara mendalam dan observasi non-partisipan; data sekunder berupa dokumentasi dan studi keperpustakaan. Wawancara dilakukan kepada perwakilan dari Tim Digital Teman Ahok sebagai key informant dan juga kepada salah satu founder Teman Ahok sebagai informant. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan Teman Ahok pada Portal Teman Ahok, yaitu dengan penyesuaian design, pemilihan isi konten, pemilihan pesan dan waktu, penggunaan media lain. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan berhasil untuk pengumpulan satu juta fotokopi KTP./ In its efforts to collect one million copies of IDs, Teman Ahok has been making Portal Teman Ahok that facilitated the ability to download a form for collecting ID cards with the aim of helping each citizen of Jakarta who want to submit a photocopy of his identity card. Portal Teman Ahok is having the strategies to attract the attention of his audience so compelled to download the forms and collect copies of IDs. Therefore, a research about Communication Strategy Of Teman Ahok In Order to Collecting The IDs For The Candidacy Of Incumbent Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama In Independent Lines On Portal Teman Ahok is needed. This research uses the qualitative approach with case study method. The data collection is carried out through in-depth interviews and non-participant observation as the source of primary data; literature and document study as secondary data. Interviews were conducted to the representatives of Teman Ahok’s Digital Team as key informant and also to one of Teman Ahok’s founder as an informant. The results of this research shows the strategies which is used by Teman Ahok Friends on Portal Teman Ahok are adjusting the design, selection of the content, selection of the message and timing, use the other media. This research also shows that those strategies are applied successfully to collect one million copies of IDs.
