Abstract

Permasalahan yang didapati pada salah satu sekolah kristen di Rantepao yaitu terdapat banyak siswa yang melakukan tindakan ketidakdisiplinan pada saat proses belajar mengajar berlangsung. Tindakan-tindakan ketidakdisiplinan ini seperti: Speaking out without permission, making noises, talking out of turn, getting up from their desks or chairs to walk around dan intentionally breaking the rules, untuk mengatasi masalah ini membutuhkan penerapan prosedur kelas untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa. hal inilah yang menjadi tujuan dari penelitian yaitu mengetahui apakah prosedur kelas meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa dan mengetahui bagaimana menerapkan prosedur kelas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang berlangsung selama tiga siklus. Penelitian dilaksanakan di sebuah Sekolah Dasar Kristen kelas dua, mulai dari tanggal 16 September sampai dengan 1 Oktober 2015. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengumpulkan data menggunakan empat instrumen yaitu Jurnal refleksi, lembar angket siswa, lembar observasi mentor dan lembar feedback mentor. Cara menganalisis data yang peneliti gunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif sederhana. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa penerapan prosedur kelas dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa di dalam kelas. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui tercapainya seluruh indikator kedisiplinan siswa. Peningkatan tindakan kedisiplinan siswa juga terlihat dari siswa menaati prosedur kelas yang diterapkan di dalam kelas./The problem found at one Christian school in Rantepao is there were many students who commit indiscipline acts during the learning process. Acts of indiscipline such as: Speaking out without permission, making noises, talking out of turn, getting up from their desks or chairs to walk around and intentionally breaking the rules, to solve this problem requires the application procedure classes to improve student discipline. It is the primary goal of the research to determine whether the procedures increase the students’ discipline and how to apply classroom procedures. The method used in this research is classroom action research (CAR) that use Kemmis and Mc Taggart models that lasted for three cycles. The research was conducted in a Christian Elementary School second grade which started from September 16 until October 1, 2015. In this study, the researcher collected data using four instruments: the Journal of reflection, student questionnaire sheets, observation sheets mentor and mentor feedback sheet. To analyze the data, the researcher used a simple qualitative and quantitative. The result of this research is that the implementation of procedure could improve self-discipline of the students in the classroom. It was proved by the achievement of all the indicators of student discipline. Increased student disciplinary action can also be seen from the students obeying classroom procedures applied in the classroom
