Abstract

Seiring dengan makin berkembangnya jaman, masyarakat perkotaan cenderung memiliki gaya hidup yang sibuk sehingga ada tren yang menuntut masyarakat perkotaan untuk memilih apapun yang lebih instan guna memudahkan mereka. Karena hal itu, masyarakat menyenangi hal-hal yang berbau ekonomis serta praktis. Demikian juga dalam perayaan pernikahan. Mempersiapkan pernikahan bukanlah hal yang mudah, apalagi di tengah kesibukan pekerjaan. Dari hal itu lah berkembang jasa wedding organizer. Partee Organiser merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang wedding organizer. Dalam rangka meningkatkan penjualan dari Partee Organiser adalah dengan mengikuti event marketing berupa wedding expo. Dalam wedding expo tersebut Partee Organiser melakukan strategi promosi agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan jasanya. Maka, diperlukan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi promosi yang dilakukan oleh Partee Organiser terhadap peningkatan penjualannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan beberapa teknik dengan metode wawancara serta observasi langsung daftar pustaka. Data yang dikumpulkan, dikelompokan serta di uji keabsahaannya sebelum pada akhirnya dianalisis. Hasil peneliatian menunjukan bahwa dalam Partee Organiser mengikuti event untuk meningkatakan penjualan mereka. Dapat disimpulkan strategi promosi yang digunakan oleh Partee Organiser adalah dengan melakukan analisis sebelum event berlangsung serta menggunakan promotion tools dalam acara tersebut. / Along with the growing times, urban communities tend to have a busy lifestyle so there is a trend that requires urban communities to prefer instant things to facilitate them. Because of this situation, the community enjoys things that are economical and practical, such as in the wedding celebration. Preparing for a wedding is not easy, especially in the middle of the busy lifestyle. Thus, the service of a wedding organizer is required. Partee Organiser is one of the companies that specializing in wedding organizing. In order to increase sales, Partee Organiser participaties in event marketing such as wedding expo. In the wedding expos, Partee Organiser does promotional strategies to increase sales services. Thus, researcher is needed to determine how the strategy of the campaign carried out by Partee Organiser to increase sales. This research used the descriptive method and qualitative approach. For data collection, researcher used several technique such as in depth interviews, direct observation and collection of literature. Data are collected, classified and checked for their validity before finally be analysis. The results showed that Partee Organiser participated in events to increase their sales. It can be concluded that promotional strategies used by Partee Organiser are they analyzed the event before the event was held and using promotion tools in the event.
