Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh controlling shareholders terhadap investasi di perusahaan-perusahaan publik di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan oleh peneliti berjumlah 2311 observasi dari 231 perusahaan Indonesia sejak tahun 2009-2019, dengan mengecualikan perusahaan keuangan. Peneliti menggunakan regresi system generalized method of moments (SYS-GMM) two step untuk mendapatkan hasil pengaruh dari controlling shareholders terhadap investasi di Indonesia, selain itu GMM juga digunakan untuk menghilangkan endogenitas pada variabel yang digunakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari controlling shareholders terhadap investasi di perusahaan-perusahaan Indonesia.
