Abstract

Untuk mengetahui experience quality terhadap customer perceived value dan customer satisfaction pada customer loyalty dari konsumen yang pernah mengunjungi restoran Cork&Screw karena restoran tersebut merupakan restoran baru sehingga experience quality masih dibutuhkan untuk diteliti. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan empat variabel yang terdiri dari experience quality, customer perceived value, customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty. Populasi pada penelitian untuk konsumen yang pernah membeli produk serta menikmati konsep outdoor dari restoran Cork&Screw sehingga juga dapat menggunakan pengolahan data terhadap 260 responden untuk mengetahui apakah Experience Quality dapat memberikan pengaruh positif pada Customer Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction pada Customer Loyalty dan pada penelitian melakukan pengolahan data menggunakan SEM-PLS.
