Abstract

Dalam proses pembuatan program diperlukan beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan oleh seluruh tim yang bekerja Dimulai dari proses pra produksi sampai proses pasca produksi. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penulisan laporan ini adalah konsep proses produksi program televisi. Kendala dan halangan yang ditemukan dalam proses produksi dan penulis berupaya untuk mengevaluasi dan memberikan saran. Dalam laporan magang ini penulis menemukan beberapa kendala dalam proses produksi yaitu kurangnya sumber daya manusia dalam proses produksi yang mengakibatkan tayangan dibuat menjadi kurang sempurna, kendala yang kedua adalah adanya kesalahpahaman sangat berpengaruh dalam kualitas proses produksi tersebut, oleh karena itu rekomendasi dari temuan ini adalah penambahan sumber daya manusia sangat diperlukan dalam proses produksi demi menjaga kualitas program yang ditayangkan dan rating penonton program tersebut / There are multiple components that need attention in the process of television program making, from pre-production to post-production. Television production theories is the based of this internship report. Limitations and challenges are mostly encountered in the production process and as a writer, I intend to evaluate and propose some suggestions. During the internship period, writer faced several limitations, including limited human resources in the production process, which damages the overall quality of the program. The second problem is miscommunication that affects the production process quality. Therefore, my suggestions for this finding is to add more human resources as it is necessary in order to ensure the quality and the rating of the program
