Abstract
Allah menciptakan manusia sebagai makhluk sosial, oleh karena itu, manusia memiliki kemampuan untuk berelasi dan bekerja sama dengan sesamanya. Salah satu tujuan pendidikan menurut UNESCO adalah learning to live together atau
belajar untuk hidup bersama. Aspek ini belum ditemukan dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas VIII saat mengajar IPA di SMP X Palopo, ditemukan banyak siswa yang belum bisa bekerja sama dalam
kelompok. Penelitian ini menggunakan poster sebagai media untuk belajar bekerja sama dalam kelompok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan poster dapat meningkatkan kerja sama siswa dan bagaimana
penggunaan media pembelajaran poster dapat meningkatkan kerja sama siswa Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis & Mc. Taggart yang dilakukan secara bersiklus dan reflektif. Subyek penelitian adalah 20 siswa, yang terdiri dari 11 laki�laki dan 9 perempuan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian adalah terjadi peningkatan pada setiap indikator kerja sama dari siklus I ke siklus II. Melalui hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran poster dapat meningkatkan kerja sama siswa di SMP X Palopo dengan mengimplementasikan langkah-langkah yang tepat di dalam kelas. / God has created man as a social being, therefore, man has an ability to make relations and to work with the others. One of learning goals according to UNESCO
is learning to live together. This goal was not found yet in learning proccess that had done in grade VIII students in science lesson in X School Palopo. It was found many students that couldn’t work with the others in a team. This reseach uses poster as a learning media to learn work together in a team. The purposes of this research are for knowing that poster learning media could increase students’ team work and how it works to increase students’ team work.
Reasearch method that used in this research is class action reasearch (CAR) method by Kemmis & Mc. Taggart that conducted in cycles and reflective. Subjects of this
research are 20 students, include 11 male students and 9 female students. The results obtained from this research were the indicators of students’ team work were increase from cycle I to cycle II.Through that result can be concluded that poster learning media could increase students’ team work in X School Palopo by implementated the right steps.
