Abstract

Setiap pekerja pasti diberikan cuti oleh perusahaan, cuti yang diberikan pasti berbeda-beda oleh setiap perusahaan. Meskipun berbeda pasti harus ada yang mendasar yaitu dengan Undang-Undang. Undang-Undang yang digunakan adalah Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 3003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan dan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 Tentang Cipta Kerja. Pada kedua Undang-Undang tersebut terdapat beberapa perbedaan. Banyak pula pada media sosial yang memprovokasi bahwa banyak kesenjangan pada Undang-Undang Nomor 13 tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 Tentang Cipta Kerja, dengan begitu banyak masyarakat yang berdemo untuk menolak Omnimbus Law. Bahkan banyak yang mengatakan bahwa pekerja perempuan tidak mendapatkan cuti untuk melahirkan dan cuti hamil. / Every worker must be given leave by the company, the leave given must be different by each company. Even though they are different, there must be something fundamental, namely by law. The laws used are Law Number 13 of 3003 concerning Manpower and Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. In the two laws, there are several differences. Many also on social media provoke that there are many gaps in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, with so many people demonstrating to reject the Omnimbus Law. In fact, many say that female workers do not get leave for childbirth and maternity leave.
