Abstract

Kepercayaan masyarakat Indonesia terhadap sebuah partai politik sudah sangat buruk. Keinginan masyarakat untuk memiliki pemimpin yang jujur dan mementingkan kepentingan masyarkat dan negara terkesan sulit untuk didapatkan akibat citra partai politik yang buruk di Indonesia. Partai Gerakan Indonesia Raya atau GERINDRA merupakan sebuah partai baru di Indonesia yang memiliki visi dan misi untuk mensejahterahkan masyarakat dan menjadikan bangsa Indonesia menjadi bangsa yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu partai ini memiliki strategi-strategi partai agar masyarakat kembali percaya kepada sebuah partai politik dan memenangkan suara masyarakat sehingga partai GERINDRA memiliki citra yang positif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi non-partisipan, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Pembahasan pada penelitian ini menggunakan konsep POAC untuk menjabarkan strategi yang dilakukan partai GERINDRA. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa strategi partai yang digunakan ada tiga, yaitu Enam program aksi transformasi partai GERINDRA, Sayap-sayap partai GERINDRA dan Media sosial. Strategi tersebut dilakukan atas pertimbangan dan dibahas secara lengkap pada penelitian ini. / Public confidence in Indonesia against a political party has been very bad. People's desire to have a leader who is honest and concerned with the interests of society and the state seem difficult to obtain due to the bad image of the political party in Indonesia. Gerakan Indonesia Raya or GERINDRA is a new party in Indonesia with the vision and mission for the prosperity of communities and the nation make Indonesia become a better nation than ever before. Therefore, this party has a party strategies in order to return the public trust in apolitical party and win the people's voices so Gerindra party has a positive image. This research uses qualitative approach with the case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interview, non-participant observation, library and documentation. The discussion in this study using the concept of POAC to describe the strategies used by GERINDRA. Results of this study explain that the strategies are, six actions of nation transformation, GERINDRA party wings, and Social Media. The strategies are chosen based on certain considerations are discussed in detail in this research.
