Abstract

Informasi lowongan pekerjaan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan bagi masyarakat. Informasi selama ini hanya diberikan melalui media cetak saja dan informasi dari kantor ketenagakerjaan. Dengan majunya teknologi yang berada di Indonesia meningkatkan pencarian lowongan pekerjaan secara online dan dapat membuat para calon pekerja dan pelamar dapat memiliki peluang untuk bekerja diperusahaan. Untuk mengoptimalkan pencarian pekerjaaan membutuhkan suatu sistem dalam pelamaran dan pengiklanan dalam sebuah lowongan secara online dengan wawancara secara online yang telah disediakan oleh setiap perusahaan. Sistem ini berfungsi untuk mempermudah perusahaan menerima calon karyawan untuk wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa website dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dengan baik. Fitur yang dimiliki website adalah: proses pelamaran dari setiap pelamar dan proses penerimaan calon karyawan / Job vacancies information is a necessity for the community. So far, information has only been provided through print media and information from the manpower office. With the advancement of technology in Indonesia, it is increasing the search for job vacancies online and can enable prospective workers and applicants to have opportunities to work in companies. Optimizing job search requires a system in applying and advertising for online vacancies with online interviews that have been provided by each company. This system serves to make it easier for companies to accept prospective employees for interviews. Based on the results of the trials conducted, it can be concluded that the website can meet the needs well. The features of the website are: the application process of each applicant and the process of recruiting prospective employees.
