Abstract
Sekolah Minggu Yeollin mengadakan pengintegrasian pembelajaran iman untuk
menyatukan firman Tuhan dan praktiknya. Tetapi guru mengalami kerisauan tentang
kesenjangan dan ketidakseimbangan antara konsep dan praktik kasih karena selalu terjadi
kekerasan, bullying, dan konflik di dalam kelas padahal praktik kasih adalah inti firman
Tuhan. Oleh karena itu, guru mengadakan tindakan perbaikan dengan Penelitian
Tindakan Kelas melalui penerapan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). Tujuan
penelitian ini adalah: (1) mendeskripsikan proses implementasi CTL yang dapat
meningkatkan konsep dan praktik kasih, (2) menganalisis perkembangan konsep dan
praktik kasih siswa, dan (3) mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala dalam implementasi CTL.
Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilakukan dalam 3 siklus di kelas IV Sekolah
Minggu Yeollin, dengan subjek 9 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, catatan
lapagan, dan tes, serta dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan: (1) tindakan perbaikan dilakukan sesuai dengan langkah CTL dengan
penyempurnaan pada siklus berikutnya; (2) terjadi perkembangan konsep sampai 79%
dan praktik kasih 1 sampai 89%, dan praktik kasih 2 sampai 77%; (3) kendala-kendala
yang dihadapi antara lain kemampuan bahasa Korea siswa yang terbatas, keterbatasan
waktu pembelajaran, dan kurangnya dukungan orangtua. / Yeollin Sunday School has established a faith-learning integration curriculum to
integrate God's Word into practice. The teacher has been concerned about constant
violence, bullying, and conflicts in the classroom even though the practice of love is the
core of God's Word. Because of this problem, the teacher applies Contextual Teaching
and Learning (CTL) for a corrective action. The purposes of this study are: (1) to
describe the process of implementation of CTL that can improve the concept and practice
of love, (2) to analyze the development of the concept and practice of students‟ love, and
(3) to identify the constrints in the implementation of CTL. This Classroom Action
Research is completed in three cycles in fourth grade of Yeollin Sunday School, with 9
students as the subject. Data were collected through observation, field note and tests,
qualitatively and descriptively analyzed. The results showed that (1) the corrective
actions undertaken in accordance with steps of CTL with improvements in the next cycle;
(2) there was a development concept of love up to 79% and the practice of love 1 up to
89%, while the practice of love 2 up to 77%; (3) the constrints are the limitation of
students‟ skill in Korean language, the lack of instructional time, and the lack of parents‟
support.
