Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi, dan Self-Leadership terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Notre Dame. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengatakan bahwa budaya organisasi, motivasi, dan self-leadership berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 30 responden untuk menguji statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dan didapat 59 responden dalam penyebaran kuesioner. Data kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji T, dan uji R statistik. Berdasarkan data yang telah diuji, hasil membuktikan bahwa Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi, dan Self-Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja. / This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Motivation, and Self-Leadership on the performance of Notre Dame School teachers. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, motivation, and self-leadership have an effect on performance. This research is a quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents to test the statistic instrument used in this study and obtained 59 respondents in distributing the actual questionnaire. The data is then processed using SPSS which consists of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, T test, and R statistical test. Based on the data that has been tested, the results prove that Organizational Culture, Motivation, and Self-Leadership have an impact on performance.
