Abstract

Sistem Otomasi Pengecatan Benda merupakan sebuah sistem pengecatan yang mampu bekeija secara otomatis. Sistem ini mampu melakukan pengecatan wama dasar benda yang berbeda pada setiap benda berdasarkan masukan awal yang diberikan oleh operator. Benda yang dicat adalah sebuah kubus. Setiap benda dicat sesuai wama yang telah ditetapkan pada awalnya. Cat terdiri dari tiga wama, yaitu: merah, hijau, dan biru. Perancangan sistem ini membutuhkan mikrokontroler sebagai otak pengendali, belt conveyor, motor DC dan motor servo sebagai elemen penggerak, kompresor yang terkoneksi dengan spraygun sebagai elemen merah. Sensor infra merah mendeteksi benda sejauh 10 - 10,5 cm. Meja pengecatan diputar searah jarum jam dengan pengecatan selama tujuh detik. Pengecatan dilakukan dengan perbandingan cat dan thinner 2:1 dan solenoid mendorong pelatuk spraygun agar cat dapat tersemprot. / Autonomous system of object painting is a painting system that can work automatically. This system can paint different base color of every object, depends on the input. Object that will be painted is a cube. Every object are painted with color that are stated on the input. There are three colors of paint: red, green, and blue. The system needs a microcontroller unit, belt conveyors, DC motor and servomotor, compressor that is connected with spray guns to paint the objects, and infrared sensor. Infrared sensors detect objects as far as 10 to 10,5 cm. Painting board is rotated clockwise for seven seconds for painting process. The ratio between paint and thinner is 2:1 and solenoid push the trigger of spray gun to spray the paint.
