Department of finance has a lot of things to do. One of them is to manage payment type, include add and change student’s payment and make changes the status of student’s payment. An addition of this application to the program is needed because there is no synchronization between the department of finance with the promotion of PMB which has caused losses for the UPH. Therefore, this application has been made to solve this issue. This application is developed using prototyping methodology, which includes four steps, planning, analysis, design, and implementation. These applications can add and change the type of payment for the benefit of future students, moreover this application also can help the user for change their student’s payment status from cash to installment payment or otherwise. This application can also generate payment receipt for student printing and generate student’s payment reports by year and student’s major. Besides of that this application can generate a graph so we can compare which one more profitable between cash or installment payment for UPH.
