Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh operating cash flow, free cash flow, dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara pemilihan sampel (Purposive Sampling) dengan model analisis regresi dan data akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS V26. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ada sebanyak 72 perusahaan industri dasar dan kimia tahun 2015-2019. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 21 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara bersama sama operating cash flow, free cash flow, dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun secara parsial operating cash flow berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, free cash flow tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan leverage berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan.
