Abstract

Tren pasar global saat ini telah mengarah pada produk-produk ramah lingkungan, hal ini juga di dorong dengan meningkatnya kesadaran pelanggan pada lingkungan, sehingga menyebabkan usaha-usaha seperti UMK di Indonesia mulai menerima tekanan dari pelanggan untuk mengenai produk-produk ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tekanan pelanggan terhadap partisipasi pelanggan dalam pengembangan produk, pengaruh partisipasi pelanggan terhadap inovasi produk ramah lingkungan, pengaruh pelanggan terhadap mengenali peluang pada UMK Indonesia, peran mengenali peluang dalam memediasi hubungan antara partisipasi pelanggan dan inovasi produk ramah lingkungan, pengaruh partisipasi pelanggan terhadap eksploitasi peluang pada UMK Indonesia, dan peran eksploitasi peluang dalam memediasi hubungan antara partisipasi pelanggan dan inovasi produk ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan strategi survei, yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online melalui google form kepada responden yang memiliki UMK. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 200 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan IBM SPSS dan IBM AMOS untuk menguji dan menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tekanan pelanggan berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi pelanggan, partisipasi pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi produk ramah lingkungan, partisipasi pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mengenali peluang pada UMK, mengenali peluang memediasi hubungan antara pelanggan dan inovasi produk ramah lingkungan, partisipasi pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap eksploitasi peluang, dan eksploitasi peluang memediasi hubungan antara partisipasi pelanggan dan inovasi produk ramah lingkungan. / Current global market trend is starting to shift into green products, where this trend is also driven by the increasing demand from customer for the environment, causing enterprise like micro small enterprise in Indonesia start to accept the pressure from customers to provide green products. This research aim to find the effect of customer pressure to customer participation in product development, effect of customer participation to green product innovation, effect of customer to opportunities recognition in Indonesia’s enterprise, the role of opportunities recognition in mediating the relation between customer participation and green product innovation, effect of customer participation to opportunities exploitation in Indonesia’s enterprise, and the role of opportunities exploitation in mediating the relation between customer participation and green product innovation. This research is a descriptive research, and data was collected by survey strategy, that is by distributing online questionnaires with google form to respondents with micro small enterprise. Total samples in this research are 200 respondents. This research use IBM SPSS and IBM AMOS to test and analyze the data. The result of this research shows that customer pressure has a positive effect and significant to customer participation, customer participation has a positive effect and significant to green product innovation, customer participation has a positive effect and significant to opportunities recognition, opportunities recognition mediating the relation between customer and green product innovation, customer participation has a positive effect and significant to opportunities exploitation, and opportunities exploitation mediating the relation between customer participation and green product innovation.
