Abstract

PT. Aneka Motor is a unique service station and motorcycle sales center in Metro Lampung. One that make it different from other competitors is that the company has several branch offices to improve customer satisfactions and service quality. The challenge to achieve those goals is to make integrated information system for both branch office and headquarter. It will help daily operational activities such as workorder service, motorcycle sales, as well as supporting strategic level by reporting all transactions logs and displaying sales revenue in customized way. Graphics charts are used to ease decision makers to solve problems or to make future strategies. One advantage of this system is computered data that will make data more reliable and secure. This paper is about developing application that support branch office’s daily activities and headquarter’s strategic level to maximize the company potentials.
