Abstract

Dalam dunia konstruksi perencanaan kerja dan penjadwalan dalam suatu proyek merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting. Perencanan kerja dan penjadwalan dapat dibuat dalam bentuk bar chart, network planning (arrow digram dan precedence diagram network) , line of balance (LOB). Penjadwalan yang sering digunakan adalah penjadwalan dengan menggunakan network planning, sedangkan penjadwalan untuk proyek repetitif lebih efektif menggunakan penjadwalan dengan menggunakan line of balance. Dalam laporan ini, penulis akan membahas penjadwalan untuk proyek repetitif seperti proses produksi tiang pancang berongga yang diproduksi oleh PT. WIKA (Wijaya Karya) dengan menggunakan metode line of balancedibandingkan network planning. Namun demikian penerapan LOB pada produksi tiang pancang memiliki kekurangan dan kelebihan. Oleh karena itu disarankan untuk selanjutnya penjadwalan dengan menggunakan LOB dapat lebih dioptimalkan lagi dan diaplikasi jenis proyek repetitif lainnya / In the construction world, work planning and scheduling are some of the most important things. Work-planning and scheduling can be made in the form of bar chart, network planning (arrow diagram and precedence diagram network), line of balance (LOB).The scheduling method that commonly used is the network planning scheduling, whilst line balance method is used in scheduling a repetitive project for more effective result. In this report, the writer will be discussing about a scheduling of repetitive project, such as hollow core pile production process produced by PT. WIKA (Wijaya Karya) by using the line of balance method in comparison with the network planning method. However, there are some advantages and disadvantages of using the LOB application in the pile production. Therefore, it is suggested that the LOB method should be optimized and applied for scheduling other repetitive project
