As an emerging office furniture company that manufactures a line of fast changing products, PT. Bequem Kreasindo Pratama (BKP) realized that printed catalogue is no longer the best means to represent its wide variety of products. The cost to prepare such conventional catalog is considered high, in term of human resource needed, as well as, time consumed. Therefore, the managrment of BKP decided to deliver this catalog to public in form of electronic catalog. Not merely the issue of attractiveness and informativeness it will be coined to, but this new catalogue is required to meet well-defined functional and non-functional requirements. This final report presents briefly how the idea of creating e-catalog of the products of BKP, marketed under the name of B quem, is implemented. The development of the application followed after SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. In the development process, it involved prototyping and modeling phase. The prototyping was done using Adobe Flash Professional CS4, XML, and PHP. While the modeling was based on the specification of UML (Unified Modeling Language), particularly for use case diagram and activity diagram. As a conclusion, the presence of B quem e-catalog may offer convenient and easy way for its customers to view B quem products. Besides, it will serve its costumers faster and better especially when they are inquiring general or specific information. In the long term, the maintenance and updating process of this new form of catalog will definitely need less cost compared to its conventional printed catalog.
