Abstract
merasa wewenang kerjanya dibatasi. Mereka mengatakan bahwa setiap akan melaksanakan program kerja mereka harus mendapatkan persetujuan dari manajernya terlebih dahulu. Jika tidak dilakukan kemungkinan program kerja yang sudah dirancang sulit dilaksanakan di Fitness First. Hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan Fitness First. Kepuasan kerja karyawan berhubungan dengan struktur organisasi dalam perusahaan. Kepemimpinan dalam sebuah organisasi sangat menentukan tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawannya. Karena ketika seorang pemimpin peduli/memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawannya maka karyawan tersebut akan merasa senang dan berimbas pada kinerja yang meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh empowerment, job satisfaction terhadap SOCB yang dimoderasi oleh organicity. Penelitian ini dilkaukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden baik secara online maupun offline. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dilengkapi dengan statistik deskriptif, pengujian hipotesis dengan SEM. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa organicity memoderasi pengaruh empowerment terhadap SOCB. Organicity juga memoderasi pengaruh empowerment terhadap job satisfaction. Organicity juga mampu memoderasi pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap SOCB
