Abstract
Penelitian yang dilakukan pada International NGO XYZ ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses perubahan budaya organisasi, proses kepemimpinan, dan gambaran lingkungan kerja yang terjadi selama pandemi COVID-19 sebagai upaya membangun keterlibatan karyawan. Untuk menjawab pokok permasalahan penelitian, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara dengan narasumber dari NGO XYZ, observasi, dan analisis teks dari berbagai sumber tulisan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama krisis pandemi COVID-19, NGO XYZ melakukan serangkaian proses beradaptasi dengan peran pemimpin yang mengaplikasikan fungsi pendukung dibanding fungsi pengontrolan serta pemberian fasilitas dalam rangka membentuk lingkungan kerja yang adaptif. Serangkaian upaya membangun keterlibatan karyawan yang dilakukan NGO XYZ menitikberatkan pada adaptasi budaya kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan peran pemimpin dalam proses pembuatan kebijakan. / This study aims to look at the process of changing organizational culture, leadership processes, and an overview of the work environment that occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic in order to build employee engagement in XYZ International NGO. To answer the main research problems, the researcher used a qualitative approach with an interview method with sources from NGO XYZ, observation, and analysis from various written sources. The results showed that during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, the XYZ NGO carried out a process of being able to adjust to the role of a leader who focuses on the application of supporting functions of the control function and providing facilities in the framework of an adaptive work environment. The efforts to shape employee interactions depend on organizational culture, work environment, adaptation processes, and the role of leaders in the policy-making process.
