Procurement merupakan salah satu divisi pengadaan yang melibatkan beberapa unit kerja, yaitu purchasing, supplier, finance, dan sourcing. Integrasi data sangat diperlukan untuk mempermudah penyampaian informasi kepada divisi terkait. Proses integrasi data dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan sistem ERP yang dapat mengolah informasi dari beberapa divisi untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan. Besarnya investasi untuk implementasi ERP procurement membuat perusahaan untuk mengharapkan benefit di sisi cost saving dan kemudahan komunikasi. Pada kenyataannya, analisis hasil implementasi ERP procurement terhadap ekspektasi perusahaaan saat pra-implementasi belum pernah di lakukan secara formal. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan analisis gap terhadap ekspektasi dan hasil implementasi ERP pada divisi procurement perusahaan. Penelitian akan dilakukan dengan membentuk 15 variabel penilaian terhadap ekspektasi dan hasil implementasi, distribusi kuesioner dan wawancara terhadap karyawan procurement di beberapa perusahaan. Hasil penelitian akan dianalisis dengan metode gap, analisis sebab akibat dengan metode fishbone. Pada akhirnya, terdapat 5 variabel penilaian yang memiliki gap terbesar terhadap perusahaan, yaitu ERP belum mampu menyesuaikan business process perusahaan (Gap - 0.750), ERP yang kurang user-friendly (Gap -0.472), belum sepenuhnya membantu komunikasi dengan supplier (Gap -0.431), belum dapat mengurangi biaya komunikasi secara internal (Gap -0.250), dan Belum sepenuhnya membuat perusahaan lebih kompetitif (Gap -0.222) / Procurement is one of the company’s divisions which involve multiple business units, such as purchasing, suppliers, finance, and sourcing. Integration of data is needed to facilitate the delivery of information to the relevant division. The process of data integration can be performed using the ERP system that can process information from multiple divisions to assist the decision making process. The amount of investment for procurement of ERP implementation make the company to expect a benefit on the cost saving and ease of communication. In fact, an analysis of firm’s expectations during preimplementation stage with ERP procurement implementation results has never been done formally. The research will be conducted with gap analysis against the expectations and result of ERP implementation on company’s procurement. Research will be carried out with 15 variables form an assessment of the expectations and the results of implementation, questionnaires and interviews of employees in a company. The results will be analyzed with gap analysis, cause and effect fishbone method, and finally with several solutions. As a result, there are 5 variables which have the biggest gap. The lowest five’s are: The ERP has been unable to adjust the company's business process (Gap -0750), ERP is less user-friendly (Gap -0472), not fully assist communication with suppliers (Gap -0431), have not been able to reduce the cost of internal communication (Gap -0250), and not fully make the company more competitive (Gap -0222).
