In the buying and selling land business, mostly requires the presence of an agent property or broker of the land. It can be seen by many service companies who buying and selling land and property or it also referred as the property agent. Due to the presence of an agent property/broker in a transaction of great help to the seller or buyer in the transaction of business such as buying and selling land is not always the presence of an agent property/broker can always help the process of this transaction. In the case of "The Cancellation of Land Purchasing Based on an Uncomplete Agreement", an agent property/broker filed a lawsuit to the Tangerang District Court to sue a seller of the land in order to cancel the purchase of land to the others because he's already own that land. We know that an agent/broker are only served as an intermediary and don't have the land owning rights like the land purchaser. However, on 12 September 2011 a lawsuit is filed regarding to the land purchase cancellation between the first defendant and the second defendent the Tangerang District Court with case Number 417/Pdt.G/2011/PN Tng., But on considerations of existing law, the judges decided to cancel the lawsuit.
