Perusahaan-perusahaan kontraktor di Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang selalu mengandalkan peran procurement (pengadaan) dalam proses bisnisnya dengan berbagai macam cara termasuk pelelangan (tender) untuk mendapatkan suatu proyek. Saat ini perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut masih melakukan proses bisnisnya secara manual dengan melakukan pertemuan di suatu tempat. Oleh karena itu, proses bisnis ini masih memiliki banyak keterbatasan dalam hal waktu dan tempat. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi informasi, batasan-batasan dari proses procurement (pengadaan) dan manajemen proyek mulai dapat ditangani melalui media internet. Perancangan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk membantu perusahaanperusahaan kontraktor dalam melakukan proses bisnisnya dalam hal procurement (pengadaan) dan manajemen proyek; mencakup proses tender, online storefront, penjadwalan proyek, dan news feed perusahaan. Tugas akhir ini dirancang menggunakan metodologi prototyping dan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web. Perancangan aplikasi usulan ini dibuat dengan dukungan tools Microsoft WebMatrix 3, Apache, dan MySQL. Selain itu pada tahap permodelan aplikasi usulan dibuat dengan Unified Modeling Language versi 3. Aplikasi usulan ini dapat di implementasikan pada perusahaan-perusahaan kontraktor berfokus pada proses procurement yang mencakup lelang (tender) maupun online storefront dan manajemen proyek. Selain itu aplikasi usulan ini juga memiliki beberapa fitur yang mendukung perusahaan dalam berbagi informasi seperti news feed, rating systems, dan advertisement. / Contracting companies in Indonesia always rely on role of procurements in its business process with a variety of ways including auction (tender) activities to get projects. Currently, these companies are still conducting these activities manually through meetings. Therefore, these business processes still have a lot of limitations in term of time and place. With the growth of the IT (Information Technology), the internet can be utilized to break the boundaries of the procurement process and also project management process. This thesis aims to help contracting companies in the process of procurements and project management; including project auctions, online storefront, project scheduler, and company news feed. It’s designed as a webbased application by using the prototyping methodology. This application was built with several tools such as Microsoft WebMatrix 3, Apache, and MySQL. In addition, the modelling stage of the application was made using UML version 3. This application can be implemented by the contracting companies focusing on the procurement processes that encompass auction (tender), online storefront, and project management. Moreover, this application has several features that support companies such as news feeds, rating systems, and advertisement.
