Abstract

Saat ini, teknologi informasi telah menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang sangat penting pada banyak perusahaan dalam proses pengelolaan bisnis dan seluruh kegiatan operasionalnya. Oleh karena itu, teknologi informasi juga banyak digunakan perusahaan untuk dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan kompetitor. Dalam menjalankan teknologi informasi diperlukan tenaga sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten. Namun, sumber daya manusia yang ada perlu dikelola dengan baik agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia tersebut bukan merupakan hal yang mudah dan sederhana. Oleh sebab itu, muncul sebuah permintaan untuk membangun suatu aplikasi yang bertujuan untuk membuat kinerja karyawan pada pengelolaan BLK atau bantuan yang diterima karyawan ketika ditugaskan di luar asal rekrut menjadi lebih mudah dan terstruktur. Pengembangan pada Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan kerangka kerja system development life cycle (SDLC). Sedangkan, metodologi pengambangan yang dipilih adalah Rapid Application Development. Sistem usulan dirancang sesuai dengan requirements yang didapat oleh calon user serta menggunakan database engine MySql yang dirancang menggunakan aplikasi Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 dan WAMP Server sebagai localhost. Sistem usulan dimodelkan menggunakan diagram UML versi 2.0 untuk mendesain proses perancangan aplikasi secara terperinci. Hasil dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu proses pembuatan pelaporan dan simulasi BLK secara jelas, akurat dan cepat. Sistem usulan mempunyai beberapa fitur penting, yaitu user interface yang interaktif, sistem notifikasi, pelaporan data yang berbasis dengan grafik, serta fitur user management yang berfungsi sebagai pengatur user level penggunaan aplikasi. / Nowadays, information technology has become an important requirements in the entire company in business and management processes throughout its operations. Therefore, information technology is also widely used in the company to compete with competitors. In carrying out information technology need a competent human resource. However, human resources need to be managed properly to improve the company performance. In dealing with human resource management in a company is not easy and simple. Therefore, there is a request to build an application that aims to make the employees performance in the management of BLK or assistance received by the employee when he was assigned away from recruit origin become easier and structured. Development in this final project using the framework system development life cycle (SDLC). Meanwhile, Rapid Application Development methodology is chosen for developing the project. Application are designed in accordance with the requirements obtained by prospective users and uses MySQL as the database engine, it designed using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 and WAMP server as localhost. Application proposals are modeled using UML diagrams version 2.0 to design the application in detail. The results of this final project is an application that can help the process of making the reporting and simulations clearly, accurate and fast. Proposed application has some important features, namely an interactive user interface, notification systems, data modeled by graphs, and user management features that functions as a regulator in the use of the application.
