Tugas Notaris dengan terbitnya Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 16/POJK.04//2020 Tahun 2020 yang berkaitan dengan e-RUPS sangat menarik untuk dibahas. Terlebih dengan adanya pembatasan pertemuan fisik yang diakibatkan merebaknya pandemi Covid-19. Meski e-RUPS telah banyak didukung oleh berbagai hukum positif di Indonesia, tetapi dalam prakteknya banyak pejabat Notaris yang masih belum berani melaksanakan tugasnya dengan menggunakan sistem elektronik karena adanya tumpang tindih ketentuan perundang-undangan yang mengaturnya. Bagaimana kewenangan Notaris dan keabsahan akta Notaris yang dibuat untuk PT Terbuka berdasarkan pertemuan elektronik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Notaris berwenang membuat akta PT Terbuka berdasarkan pertemuan elektronik yang dapat diakui kekuatan pembuktian dan keabsahannya sepanjang jenis akta yang dibuat adalah akta relaas. Sedangkan untuk jenis akta partij, Notaris belum memiliki kewenangan membuat untuk PT Terbuka berdasarkan pertemuan elektronik, sehingga akta demikian tidak dapat diakui keabsahannya./Public Notary’s duties associated with the enaction of The Regulations of the Financial Services Authority No. 16/POJK.04//2020 of 2020 in relation to the e-GMS are appealing to be discussed. Exceedingly with the restrictions on physical meetings caused by the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. Although the e-GMS has been widely supported and recognized by various applicable laws in Indonesia, in practice many Public Notaries are still not brave enough to carry out their duties using an electronic system, due to the legality contradictions between the regulation. How is the authority of Notary and the validity of notarial deed of Notary created for Public Company by electronic meetings. Based on the results of the research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the Notary is authorized to make Public Company deeds based on electronic meetings which can be recognized for its power of proof and its legality as long as the type of deed is a deed of relaas. As for the type of a deed of partij, the Notary does not have the authority to make it for Public Company by electronic meetings, so the legality of such deed can not be recognized.
